The Society holds lecture meetings from September through to April

Lecture Meetings take place place at 7.30 p.m. in the University of
Strathclyde, Glasgow (usually, but not exclusively, on the third Thursday of the month
from September to April). The meetings are currently held in Room R3.45 or Room R6.41 of the Royal College. Enter from the James Weir Building in Montrose Street. The Imaging Group meet before the main meeting at 6.45 p.m. Admission is free - visitors are very welcome. |

Subscription rates are £12.00 (adults) and FREE for Juniors (16 years and under)
OBSERVATORY ACCESS |

We were indebted to Dr Graham Woan for granting
us access to the University of Glasgow Observatory during the 2002-2003
session. It is situated in Acre Road, just off Maryhill Road (opposite
the West of Scotland Science Park). Meetings are held once a month (October
to March) on THURSDAY evenings, from 7.30 p.m. until 9.30 p.m. |
